Please have your seven digit easyJet holidays booking reference ready. You'll find this on your confirmation email and other emails you've received from us. Please be aware there may be higher call charges when phoning the UK from some countries using your UK network. 

If you have a transfer included as part of your holiday, you'll either receive an SMS from us with your return transfer details or alternatively, our 72 hours to go e-mail will explain how you can find out about your departure pick up time yourself via the online portal. This will usually be around 24 hours before your flight home. So, if you're not yet within 24 hours of flying home, we'll be in touch closer to that time.

If you have an issue with your hotel, please speak to the hotel reception first as they may be able to resolve your query straight away .

If you have a transfer included as part of your holiday, select the Return Transfers option on the QR code main menu to find your pick up time. This information will usually be available around 24 - 48 hours before your flight home.

When it’s time to go, please ensure you are ready with all of your travel companions and your luggage. If you have any problems with your transfer on the day of departure then please contact our local transfer partner, the number can be found on your 72 hours to go email that we sent to you before the start of your holiday.

We recommend you first speak to the hotel reception and they can support you in getting advice from a local pharmacy or medical assistance in the first instance .
